Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once accepted by Lekker Bounce & Events. We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Quotations

All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices and availability may change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated when your quotation is accepted. Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period and any costs already incurred.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection times will be arranged in advance. Please ensure the venue is accessible and that a responsible person is available during both delivery and collection.

Equipment Hire

All hired equipment remains the property of Lekker Bounce & Events.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

- Equipment is used safely and responsibly.

- Children are supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

- Equipment is not damaged, altered or misused.

- Equipment is returned in the same condition in which it was supplied.

Customers may be held liable for the repair or replacement of equipment damaged through negligence or misuse.

Jumping Castle Safety

For everyone's safety:

- Adult supervision is required at all times.

- Shoes, food, drinks, pets and sharp objects are not permitted on the jumping castle.

- Do not exceed the recommended number of users.

- Equipment must not be used during strong winds, heavy rain or thunderstorms.

Lekker Bounce & Events reserves the right to stop the use of equipment where unsafe conditions exist.

Cakes & Catering

As all cakes and food items are freshly prepared, slight variations in colour, decoration and design may occur.

Customers must advise us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.

Event Décor

Décor items are subject to availability. Where necessary, suitable alternatives of equal quality may be used while maintaining the agreed theme.

Liability

While every reasonable care is taken to provide safe, reliable equipment and services, Lekker Bounce & Events shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage or delays resulting from misuse of equipment, weather conditions, venue restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
